ANOTHER COLORFUL WEEK

This week was full of action, filming and checking out new places… The friend of ours have came for only 8days, so we were driving around Cape Town to score as many places as possible. It was a real boot camp…  Thanks god, it’s the end of the week and finally I  can stay at home and kite in front of my house :)

Jokes… There is nothing better than a visit of your friend and showing him the place !!!

Cinderella lost her shoe… Luckily we found it otherwise no more kiting for me :)

EPIC RETRO WEEKEND.

Another great week full of action in Cape Town is over…

During the weekend  we went to the retro surf event…

…so we had changed our outfits to look like the rest of the crowd …

… Jordy Smith was there, but he had spotted a shark so his show ended quickly after throwing a superman and few 360′s  …

…meanwhile  another great surfer was going WILD.

Kiting as always amazing with some fun kickers during sunset session at sunrise beach :)

surfing in kommitjie… little bit overcrowded during the weekend, with future kelly slater on my wave !!!

Next week looking sick again with SE wind pumping fully ON … some burn energy drink will be needed, to fuel me up between kite sessions ;).

FREESTYLE HOP HOP

After looooong time of waiting, I could finally try do freestyle :) FULL POWER, with bling-bling boots supporting my ankle and new slingshot equipment, it feels like i didn’t have such a long break…

Hopefully, from now on, everything will go up and no MORE INJURIES for a while…

WAVE RIDING !!!

First week on kite … was amazing!!!
Actually I was kitesurfing on a surfboard all the time, to get my ankle stronger. Strapless at the beginning, and now I started kiting with straps, and hit bigger waves. Last three days we spent at Witsands, which is a hardcore kite wave spot 20min from the place we stay. Waves were pretty big there, some too big to get close to them :)
The only thing I can say now is  WOW SICK AWESOME GREAT, can’t wait for tomorrow :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012

Happy NEW YEAR 2012!!! Hope it’s going to be another great year, between my best friends and perfect kite conditions. Thanks everybody who was supporting me during tough time and shearing the greatest moments this year.

JOINING BURN ENERGY DRINK TEAM

Super stoked to join BURN energy drink team, as I always need to fuel up my energy before I go hit the water kiting full power. The idea of the Burn team is pretty cool and you can follow our actions on teamburn.blogspot.com where you can find our best summer and winter riders sharing their stories.

Hopefully it’s going to be another great season with BURN on board !!!

IN CAPE TOWN, SO GOOD TO BE BACK !!!

My every year winter destination… Cape Town, where summer just have started.

This year, my two main activities are sunbathing and gossiping with my girlfriends  :D

Plus, I keep continue my foot rehab and add a new sport to my fitness repertoire – a  jogging.  I have to admit that after 3 months of resting at home, now is the most hectic time – getting back to the strength, the endurance and the color of my skin I had before my injury…

I ll keep u updated about my progress

and hopefully see u soon … in the water !!!

AFRICA 2011/2012 BLOG

Time is passing super fast and I am now ready to leave the winter in Poland … The endless summer in Cape Town is my next week destination :) Happy as never… but a bit stressed as I already forgot, how does the life look alike far from home and family. The good news is that I won’t be lonely because, my brother and my three best friends are already  there, waiting for me to support my trainings and getting back on TOP FORM.
